Business conditions between Tonic & Client
All prices are excl. GST unless otherwise stated.
Courses / Education
Once registered, you will receive an invoice for payment. Your space on the training program is not guaranteed until payment is received in full by the due date. If the full payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to offer the space to another full paying participant.
Training Program Cancellations
- If you choose to unsubscribe from the training program more than 8 weeks before the start of the program, fees paid shall be refunded minus an administration fee of NZ$500
- If you choose to unsubscribe from the training program less than 8 weeks before the program begins 50% of the program fees will be refunded.
- If you choose to unsubscribe from the training program less 4 weeks before the program begins, there will be no fee reimbursement.
- A requirement of registration is a screening interview with the two ICC Coach Trainers. If you then decide to withdraw on the basis of the screening interview, your fees will be repaid in full.
Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching Programs are administered as a block of 4 sessions, and are billed in advance and payable 7 days after the first session, unless otherwise agreed.
Local and transportation costs are billed separately by prior arrangement with the client.
Cancellations of agreed coaching sessions must be minimum of 48 hours before the session.
