Tonic offers Accredited Training Programs in New Zealand and Australia – and the program is now defined for 2010.

The Coaching Training is a six month (over 300 hours) development program with the outcome of you becoming a competent coach within a global supportive coaching community.

Who is this suitable for:

Coaches who want to be certified, Managers who want to understand how coaching can fit into daily practice, HR Practitioners, Psychologists, NLP Trainers, Leaders of business.
Benefits:

  • This is self development training.  You will have a clearer sense of who you are and what you want to do at the end of the program.
  • This training will give you coaching skills that you can use immediately to be more effective as a coach in whatever area you want:  business, sales, health, sport or education.
  • You will gain knowledge about coaching.  The training is full of information.
  • If you succeed, you will have internationally recognised certification as a coach.

Modules of 3 days, and 2 days with time in between to coach, practice and get supervision.  A total of 12 days learning in a group of approximately 20 participants.

Six key elements of certification:

  • Ongoing assessment and feedback.
  • Demonstration of your giving and receiving feedback as coach and client
  • Official integration and assessment time.
  • Special assignments.  A written test on coaching.
  • Your agreement to, and demonstration of the ethics and standards of the International Coaching Community
  • 60 hours of individual coaching with a group of clients with reported feedback.  Client interaction and feedback also required.
