When you join us on the ICC Coach Training, you will become part of a small group that is learning and developing their coaching skills together. Although you will be presented with many theories and empirical knowledge, the training is primarily process orientated with a large focus on learning through practical experience.
To ensure that you are part of the very best coach training program, we facilitate our programs with two ICC certified and accredited trainers Angela Neighbours and Raechel Ford in a classroom of no more than 20 participants.
Throughout the course you will engage in personal coaching therefore not only will you be developing your skills as a coach but you will also be taking an opportunity to develop insight into your own personal goals and objectives.
In the spirit of open learning education, there is no pre-work for this program. We only ask that participants come with an open mind and lots of courage! As with any internationally recognised and highly robust program, this course is intensive and demanding both during the group days and between class work. Both Angela and Raechel are available in the 'in between' times to support you.
The program is not only aimed at individuals who want to work as a professional coach. It is equally relevant for those who understand that coaching principals are very important within their work, such as Senior Managers in all areas of business, Human Resources, Psychology. Once you have achieved certification as an ICC coach, there are opportunities to take further tuition in specialised areas of the coaching industry such as team coaching, executive coaching and life coaching.
